Many sites.. I guess you mean 'that type of image' rather than 'typed' ...

E.g.

If you search for e.g.

desktop wallpaper
etc

you might find e.g.
pexels

YOU save them in YOUR folder of YOUR choice .. the obvious place is a separate (sub)folder in Pictures.

Then YOU have to tell Windows where to find them. Right click on desktop > Personalise, then choose Slideshow as your background type, and then follow the prompts to set it up how you want it.

You're going to have to do a little work to tell Windows what you want, don't be sucked in by this MS hype of how easy it is with one click and it's all done.

Hi Huffman, a nice website with huge choice of photos is:

interfacelift — wallpapers, icons, themes, and iOS apps

You can here download a photo in a resolution you need. So, download it to Downloads, then copy it from there and paste into Pictures - Saved Pictures folder on your C: and finally use Settings - Personalization - Background to set it as a Wallpaper.
Don't forget to save the theme.
