Inactive window text color is dark
For Windows 10 21H2 with Smacc color change.
There is a remedy, solution, alternative, suggestion for correct this? I thank you.

Hi, you might add SMACC to your title to attract appropriate attention. I've mentioned the author @Superfly for you.

The choice is on white, but also by changing various colors, and also restarting the system, even if the colors in the example of the program changes, in reality it always remains dark

Are you using a high contrast theme?
Another possible approach is to change the colour of the inactive titlebar

It is the original standard aero theme of Windows 10, the preset one.
And change from the theme? But an original but unlocked Windows 10 theme would be needed.

This yet another test is with Aero lite too,
the Inactive window text is ever "dark grey" (practically the text color not change)
have no idea how many times i have restarted the PC for this tests
