Not sure what it is called as it seems everyone has a different for the BACKGROUND on the desktop.
Was doing some cleanup and at next boot, the picture, background is all Black.
How do I get the 'picture' to replace the black background?
Settings > Personalization > Background ...and choose Picture in the drop down box, instead of: Solid color
Also, you can right click any picture and choose: Set as Wallpaper
Are you logged in properly? Check access to your own files at C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents etc.
