Install multiple .themepacks all at once?

I have 150 .Themepack and .Deskthemepack files saved to my Seagate Expansion Drive. Is there a way to install all of them at the same time? One by one is taking SO long. I was really hoping it would be like installing fonts. I have 44,947 fonts. Luckily all I had to do was press ctrl+a and right-click on a font and press 'install'. Boom! Files installed themselves.
I'm hoping someone made an App, Bat file, or program, that does this for me that I just don't know about?
There are plenty of sites that have tutorials on how to install them one by one, and even how to use multiple themes at once, but not how to install all of them at once.

    *Sigh*

I'm dreaming, aren't I? I would probably have to invent a way to do it myself.

Well if there is a way to install all themes at once, PLEASE let me know! Thank you!

Hi, there may be a solution in the last post here... but be careful, this is from sevenforums, so check it's valid for Win 10.

Thank you so much for responding, and trying to help me Dalchina!
Sadly the '_Install ThemePacks.cmd' does absolutely nothing. Probably because it's for Windows 7 like you stated before, and it's also from 2009.
Thankfully once I have all of the themepacks installed, I can back up the 'C:\Users\my PC name \AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes' folder to my expansion drive. Then next time I reset my PC or something, it's just drag and drop. I never have to install them ever again.
    Thank you again dalchina! 😄
