    That should't be a problem in GIMP either.
    Just grab the handles and follow the lines.

    Thanks Horace. I have CS2 installed, but still find GIMP more intuitive(if any of these types of programs can be called that)

    Usually the one you use the most will be more intuitive.
    I still have CS2 for some record-play batch operations, GIMP falls behind in this particular case.

    This should work in CS2.
    Once you have created the text either rasterise the text or preferably convert it to a smart object. I'm not sure if CS2 can do that.
    Press CTRL-T to get the transform tool.
    Right click and select Distort from the context menu.
    You can then grab each corner independently and move it to where you want.
