    Place it in C:\Windows\SysWOW64 if you want to keep it, then you can access it through screensaver settings like all the others.

    Edit: I just found out it has a right click>>>install function.

    Well I downloaded Animated Screensaver Maker and made a screensaver with the trial version of it.
    The only thing is it shows the words Demo Version on the finished saver:

    Just download, unblock in properties, extract, and double click...
    That's a shame I don't seem to be able to run it in either Win 10 or Win 7 .

    Here is a copy of the dll. I don't know if this will work. Being a trial version, or it needs the program, but you can try. It goes in SysWOW64. There isn't one for system32.
