At my opinion, Lively is the best program, because it is free, very easy to use and I can apply video from my computer for wallpaper and it does not overload my computer. Another very interesting program is WinDynamicDesktop. It changes picture depending on the time of the day. When its morning, the programs shows morning landscape, when its night, the program shows night landscape and etc. These programs do not need a lot of system resources and they are free, so that is why, I like them.
