How to change loading circle to text (e.g. Starting Windows) in boot?

I've already changed my boot logo with HackBGRT, and I thought it would be pure excellent if I could change the ugly Metro-style loading circle to text (just like in Windows 7) to make it say "Starting Windows" or something like that. However, I can't find anything related to that on the web besides from Verbose Boot, which is not even close to helping. I did hear that the loading circle is related to a Segoe UI font in System32, if that helps. My current version is the newest as of February, build 21H2. Anyways, yeah. Displaying text in the Windows boot/startup screen. I'd appreciate all the help that I can get.

I clearly stated that Verbose Booting does not help. Thanks though.

Yeah. I'm still search for a way to change the circle jerk (loading dots circle) in windows.

Years ago with windows 95 there was a way to modify the Winload.exe file to change the loading graphic. I would image that is where the new loading circle graphics are stored.

Would be nice to be able to change it.
