Icon Archive - just search for what you want (e.g. recycle bin)
Icon Archive - Search 735,802 free icons, desktop icons, download icons, social icons, xp icons, vista icons

Not sure if you have sorted this yet or not, you need to index the icon with a reference number for it to refresh properly, after the path and name of the icon put a comma and the number 0.
Change empty Data value to C:\Windows\System32\FilenameEmpty.ico,0 (as an example)
Change full Data value to C:\Windows\System32\FilenameFull.ico,0 (as an example).
    Nice post!

    ...double-take...
    Like Magic!
Renaming the actual icon file-name actually works, albeit the file no longer displays the icon image - but the desktop image is fine.
Seems kinda sketchy, but seems to be more of a work-a-round. Still wanna see what JAMES has to offer.

    Oh JAMES! Great post!
Perhaps this is what Pejole2165 was suggesting that I do. The Tutorial really made it easy.

Yeah, the actual data entered is exactly what I suggested, as long as it has the icon index number 0 it should work, at least for recycle bin.
