Red Apps After Upgrade to 21H2

Hello, need help, please. I upgraded to 21H2 today. It looks like everything went well except now my apps are red. I will try to attach an example.
    Thanks so much.

Open Command Prompt as a administrator and execute below command to restore window background color.

    Code:
    Reg.exe add "HKCU\Control Panel\Colors" /v "Window" /t REG_SZ /d "255 255 255" /f

Thank You for replying. I ran the command as you suggested, then restarted the laptop. It sort of fixed things. Notepad is no longer red but many of my apps are still red. As an example, I've attached a snip of Photoshop. I have many more apps with the same problem. Are there more commands I need to run?

Thanks again, but no luck. I ran the command and it came back that it found corrupt files and repaired them but I still have all red apps.

Change the theme for Windows 10 see that will help if not restore default colors with attached registry file.
