    Well I just tried:

GitHub - Gamer-Sparkly/Windows-11-Theme-For-Windows-10: Make Your Corners rounded

I got Windows 11 Theme installed but no rounded corners. I'm not sure why. It took a while to undo the changes.

I launched these as per the instructions.

Note: The instructions are not clear.

    Note   Note

Make Your Corners rounded in win-10 or windows 10.

Download both rounded corners exe and theme setup run them. You are good to go.

Make Sure you have enabled show shadows under windows. If it isn't working select any other theme and then use win 11 theme again.

Use 7stp to import the icons files in 7z format before that make sure to run disable folder thumnail reg.

I figured that it meant run either of the rounded light/ dark files and run the theme patcher.

Just a comment about the last two posts above. Given the selection of files that were downloaded and available to use in the patcher I'm guessing that it is only supposed to result in a Windows 11 theme with only folder or maybe icon corners rounded.

    Thanks for the input.
I'll wait until W11 matures - If I live long enough.

The problem with themes like that is they are more invasive. Curtains isn't.
@Compumind- suggest you keep an eye on e.g.

I'm not sure if you're needing rounded corners eveywhere but if you need a file explorer with rounded corners and video playback/ video preview built in then check out Files (free)
I couldn't get it to side load so just installed the store app. It does not replace explorer but has the option to set as default file manager if desired.

Round corners and Win11 Start button without changing anything else.

Hi, Stardock's Curtains (low cost, non-intrusive) allows this, if you choose an appropriate style/theme - or indeed create your own. Whether the corners are rounded or not depends on the image files used.

    Example:
    Attachment 357517

Curtains - Eleven Blue (FREE DOWNLOAD) | WinCustomize.com

Curtains comes with a small set of styles- many more are available on line.

Here I've taken the only one I found that offers a small degree of transparency - if you look very closely the corners are not quite square:
    Attachment 357518

Curtains is not WindowBlinds. It's less intrusive. Where a program has a non-standard frame, the Curtains style is not applied.

Styles can be applied with just a click. Curtains must be running - uses minimal RAM.

And there are plenty of guides like this
How to Turn Windows 10 Into Windows 11 When You Can’t Actually Update
if you really want to go further.

Here I've used a set of Vista icons with Stardock's IconPackager:

    Attachment 357519

My aim has been to avoid using UXtheme patcher or similar, have something that survives feature updates, and is easy to change or remove and does not modify system files.
Hey there, I installed Eleven Blue but I still didn't get the round corners. Could you please guide me on how to get the Win11 round corners and maybe even the Win11 Start Button without changing the appearance of anything else? I might try this:
    Files • Home
