    Lock Screen solid color background?

I知 trying to add a solid color on the Lock Screen where it shows the date and time. I知 attaching an image on what I知 trying to achieve.

However, I managed to set a solid color background where it asks for the username and password. But not on the part where it just shows the time and date.

If I'm not mistaken the Login Screen inherits the Accent color. So if you create a solid picture of that color and set it as your Lock Screen background you can sync them with this setting.

Solid color background does show only on the actual sign in screen where I would enter the password. But not on the screen where it shows only the time and date.

Please test this from your side and post your image to see what you have.

    Have you activated Windows 10?
Personalizing options, including changing the lock screen, are supposed to be available only if Windows 10 has been activated.

Once a copy of Windows has been activated, one way to have a solid color as the background of the lock-screen (and optionally the login screen) is to use the Lock Screen personalize settings page to select a picture file which consists of only the desired color. The picture file can be arbitrarily small. It'll be automatically expanded to fill the screen.

Note in the attachment that I have a solid green picture as one of the optional Lock Screen backdrops and I've selected the Lock Screen to be duplicated on the Sign-in screen. (The green backdrop happened not to be selected when I did the screengrab.)

p.s. Make sure you've selected the backdrop option "Picture", not "Windows spotlight"

Winaero tweaker has a few Lock Screen things to play with...
Best part is, that for each setting on the left, there is a link to "See in detail how the tweak works", if you want to do it manually.
