Add "Open Command Prompt" tab to File menu in Windows File Explorer

In Windows 10 version 1607 build 14393 in File Explorer I see the following:

Add "Open Command Prompt" tab to File menu in Windows File Explorer-image.png

However, in version 21H2 (build 19044), it seems that the Open Command Prompt option is no longer present.

I am pretty sure it was removed somewhere in between these two versions, but I'm wondering if anybody has figured out a way to add that the command prompt option back into the file explorer file tab. Is this possible with a registry tweak of some kind? Or does it require the system files to modified somehow? Is there any way to get it back in newer versions of Windows 10?

No, not removed, just changed from Command Prompt to Powershell.

The default for the Win+X menu used to be show Command prompt, but was changed to Powershell after build 14971. Changing the default back to Command Prompt should also change it in File Explorer.

Unfortunately, this seems to completely disable the PowerShell option and it does not add the Command Prompt option back in.

    You can, for example, add
    Open command prompt here
to the context menu, as admin or not as you please:
Open command window here - Add in Windows 10
Open command window here as administrator - Add in Windows 10

and more readily using this free tweaker, additionally with the option of needing SHIFT to expose the added command:
Add "Open Command Prompt" tab to File menu in Windows File Explorer-1.jpg

Not exactly what you asked, but may be of interest.
