If I understand you correctly, there should be an.ico
[ Icon ] file somewhere in the SoftwaresProgram Files
. You could try replacing that with one that you want. A Google search gave me these for example . . .
> malwarebytes .ico
There are alsoIcon Archive
sites that you could search.
If it is aShortcut
, have you tried right-clicking theIcon
>Properties
>[SIZE=3]Change Icon[SIZE]

There is a program that someone made based off a stackexchange post, but I don't remember the name of it. I'm sure by now there are a few of them. I think the one I had used is TIleIconfier

don't mess around with the xml files. use a program to manage it for you
