Unfortunately not all Web pages can interpret what settings a User has, are not custom-written, the creator/editor has to do the pages in a rather standard format so as to be usable on any computer trying to read them. An example: saw the problem some time ago when the new wide-screen monitors became available and programmers were using them in an era of the CRT monitors. It was all a product of newer better bigger faster products of technology, wide-screens are generally a 16:9 or 16:10 ratio but the older CRTs were 4:3 ratio, width and height. Other example, this page looks different in Firefox depending upon which Theme is set plus the effect of whatever Windows Theme one has chosen from the Store and the Personalization settings. If 2 or more Browsers see the same issue with the same pages the problem is most likely at the User's end.
aw man that sucks. hey dont suppose you could have a guess on what it might be? im stumped.
About all I've been able to do with customizing the view is get everything back to "normal" or default settings and try again.
