    Do you mean themes created in Win7 by save theme/save theme for sharing-- absolutely. If you mean 3rd party, as in deviant art-no or not so well or stable, Win8 themes would be better then, until some for Win10 are created.

    Most of the ones in Deviantart require UXTheme patcher of which I am not sure of its stability on Windows 10.

    There is a version available for Windows 10 but I agree that the stability of it is unknown. I feel that one can make Windows 10 look nice without using 3rd party themes.

Windows 10 Themes

Just like windows 7, pick a couple of pictures, set the different pictures to show on your desktop, good to go. So how do you get windows 10 to o the same? Esp. changing pictures settings?
Sorry for the silly question, but I just can't find where to change the colours for the taskbar, active, inactive windows, etc...
