Need custom taskbar clock with day, date, time & seconds and bigger

Don't know about the bigger part but the other things are found in Adjust time/date on the right-click of the clock and Region then Regional format data to get the seconds, long date, long time.

I would go without thinking for Rainmeter, a nice cusomizable tool with many downloadable widgets /skins/, incl. clocks, weather and calendars, etc. I have tried it before, works perfect and is regularly updated, just one thing: it is mostly for the desktop, if I recall right.
