Yes, often. Sometimes I first delete them, then reinstall. Sometimes I just reinstall over them. Either way = no difference. Remember, same fonts work fine on 2 other desktops running Win 10 and two laptops running Win 10. The only diff here is that my new Dell machine (see #2 in machine profile at lower left of my posts) is running 20H2 while the other machines have not yet "downgraded" to 20H2.
Why that happening?

MS already has hundreds, maybe thousands, of similar complaints on its own forum. If they cared to correct this problem, they'd have done it months ago.
The MS silence on this issue is precisely why I turn to Ten Forums for advice on work-arounds. And, thank you once again, JB, for sticking with me. You have been very helpful.
Well, I'm even stumbled with MS Forums because all the answers are off-topic. leaving to me to find the solution. So I joined this forums because this forums has good solutions.
Hello, do you still have access to the Control Panel? I can still see fonts, I'm on 20H2.
Try pasting this into an explorer window and see if it switches to the fonts: Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Fonts
Or, you can view in their location in Windows folder: C:\Windows\Fonts
Hope that is helpfull.
