Modifying Windows appearance, in depth, is quite risky unless you know exactly what you're doing!
Better to find reliable software to do so.
Windows Blinds, is one suggestion.
1 is Nope. Because codes are compiled and can't easily be modified. Specially in proprietary ones.
2 is probobly. But you need to get an 4 hour video how to code.
@bro67 is correct. Some Devs are securing their codes. Unless the software is free and open-source.
Also, @Edwin is correct. Customising Win10 Apperance are quite risky, especially on Registry tweaks. One mistake on modifying Registry Keys leads to unstable, or sometimes, unusable system. You can search online for reliable software that do the job.
