Help required to delete/disable screen pic when computer starts

I am currently running Win 10 version 20H2

I have spent hours trying various tutorials, googling and searching Ten forums but have not able
to delete/disable screen picture which is displayed at start up. I have included sample form
C:\Windows\Web\Screen as an example.

Any assistance/advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks Ghot for your prompt response.
Installed Winaero and followed your pictorial instruction to the letter
but no luck in removing picture.

Any other suggestion appreciated.

I did select (item 5i nlink I provided) solid blue background and selected change. No result.
In between our correspondence I did an in situ install of Win 10. Result was original picture
changed to another one (not solid blue). Ran Winaero again but same result.

I will now follow the tutorials you posted. I am sure I have already accessed those but will try them again.

I have tried everything but still the problem remains
I have even restored image file of Win 10. On first bootup
blue page (image 5 from C:\Windows\Web\Screen) appeared
Problem solved I thought. On next computer restart back comes the problem
which Winaero plus all the tutorials will not fix.

Any further help appreciated.

Correct. I don't want a picture on logon screen.
Have always been able to have blank (blue) screen only.
Cannot understand what has changed to cause this problem
