Hi, if you want a program (free) that can change 70+ icons in imageres.dll readily- just used it on this PC which I upgraded to 20H2 yesterday- I have one. Icon Changer (not now available I believe).

I was using Aeroglass for transparency, but that was not compatible beyond a certain build of 1903 or 1909. Now I use Stardock's Curtains (out last year) which, with 1 them I've found, offers a degree of translucency- but not as good as Aeroglass.

Then there's the orb.. Open Shell start menu using one I extracted from a Win 7 theme.

You can provide me a link so I can release new variant?

I can attach exe files in the CLI setup.bat

but, I need to replace it if the user Uninstalls the theme.
    (I'm creating Uninstall.bat)

I can tell you nothing more than that it's there, it patches the imageres.dll file, creating a backup copy.
I run as admin, and simply run it- when i first used it on 1709 or earlier I had to manually copy the file- no idea why. Now it patches the dll with no problem.

I'm not the author- it's there if you can use it, otherwise feel free to set it aside.

I cannot read your grey text.

I do not know what you are up to with icons but do note that files such as imageres.dll no longer contain any icons. They merely redirect to other files that do contain them such as C:\Windows\SystemResources\imageres.dll.mun
