    QTTabBar is a File Explorer enhancement utility with tons of options.

    Example using Qttabbar by Quizo- colours can be anything you like, in different areas. (This is with 20H2).

    Install Qttabbar, configure. Takes a little looking around- so many options- to find the right one.
    Rt click where the tab Qttabbar adds to see Qttabbar Options..
