How do you get rid of these annoying categories in file explorer, I did it on one windows 10 Pro 20H2 installation but I'm building another and I forgot how... see picture (the circled items):

So i've done my best to track this stuff down in the registry but its prolific enough that I dont want to break anything by doing it via that route.
Best I can tell - these entries are related to virtual machines in which I had set up sharing...
how do I get separate tabs/buttons on the taskbar for each open folder like Windows 7, so I can see and in one click click to view any of them instead of only getting 'file explorer' with a pop-up preview list?
the taskbar 'never combine' setting...
