    Me too. I bet that there are more chances that the Advanced Appearance Settings dialog box is going to migrate back into Windows 10 on build 21H2, instead of 21H1.

    I am a personalization enthusiast just like you. You can use WindowBlinds or WinCustomize if you want.

    I'm using SMACC by @Superfly, simple registry tweaks, and Winaero Tweaker. Some is the stock Windows Personalization in Settings.

    I almost forgot. I also use Open Shell for custom orb, start menu and SevenTheme (my work) for Windows 7 default Wallpaper, sound scheme, and cursors.
