Settings theme

This might not be the place, but just wanted to induce the idea through people who may, would one day pursue windows developers to do this. So, I wanted to post this a few years back, thought it'd be stupid thing to do, as devs will already be working on this, which they never did, at least yet. Regarding settings app, there are other higher and more relevant priorities.

No1. is to bring control panel functionalities and options into settings app.

There is MS link somewhere to confirm this priority, don't know what to search for...
