    That's pretty neat.
    All you have to do is set Visual Effects the way you want them, then Export the...

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\VisualEffects

    ...Registry key. Then you can just Import the reg key during deployment.

    Unfortunately, this method does not work (I tested it a long time ago)

    @kamiloxf

    Are you saying those registry keys listed on SO do not work for you?

    You're right, It doesn't work indeed.

    See this tutorial for start:
    Change Visual Effects Settings in Windows 10

    I started to write a script out of curiosity and so far can toggle most of the options, but's it would be not wise to share it yet because I lost all desktop icons lol (in VM ofc. )

    It's PS, but unfortunately I lost the will to continue improving it, it takes too much time.

    I'm sending you a non searchable link if you want to continue working on it.
    Keep in mind you must not use it on real OS without additional work ex. in virtual machine.

    If anyone else is interested to continue working on that script let me know.
    (because it's not ready to be public if it's not working well)
