20H2 Upgrade - Start Menu Colors etc

The "upgrade" to 20H2 has changed all the colors of the start menu, Tab line color and taskbar color. How do I get it back to Windows standard colors that I had before:
Start, produced a dark blue screen
    Taskbar was dark (black)

Nothing seems to work - Help (and why do M/s do this crap?)

20H2 was a Feature Update, one of the two major updates each year. I think the main reason that MS changes our personalizations, is because the Feature Update changes something that personalizations, rely on.

In order to set most of them back to what they were... Settings > Personalization >

    > Background, Colors, Themes, and Start... mainly.

I believe some were permanently changed, like the Tile backgrounds in the Start Menu.
There is a 3rd party program called Open Shell (used to be Classic Shell), that will give you even more control...

Open Shell 4.4.162 Download | TechSpot

Any personalizations done with Open Shell, can be exported and then imported later if needed.

It just serves to confuse and frustrate.

I now have a "light" colour which gives address bar and above tab bar a pale blue background and black letters. But that choice makes the taskbar similar (with a black start icon). How Do I get back to a black background for the taskbar (showing a white start icon)? whilst keeping the light address bar etc. That's how I like it and how it was before.

This is how I have mine set...
I don't think it matters but I also have the wallpaper set to solid black color.

Thanks, but not quite. That does not give the taskbar a colour.

    Where is the wallpaper setting?
