    Start Menu Remove Edge/Movies&TV/Photos/Settings/VideoEditor/Security

How/is there any way to remove either of these instances from the app list? I don't want to uninstall the apps, just remove them from the Start Menu. (Microsoft Edge, Movies & TV, Photos, Settings, Video Editor, Windows Security)

    Hi, I don't believe that's possible.

Others may have ideas, but this has been explored before e.g. for Edge if you search.

    Powershell Script

Powershell - you can uninstall them. I'm not sure you want to get rid of Edge as IE has a short life left.

Here is a link to a great script that you can run, modify, etc. Easy to follow, and he seems to update it as Win 10 is updated.

If you just want to clean up the list, they are stored in "\programdata\Microsoft\windows\start menu\programs". Just go there and remove the entries. note that programdata is a hidden folder so you will have to unhide it first. Or try this...
