How to Make system wide font a different Color

I still don't understand why Microsoft hasn't programmed in some simple customization options to windows like for instance, how come I cant change the color of the System Font(System Wide)? another huge mess is the right click menu, Why do they place the Delete option right on top of the rename option, you know how many times I hit the wrong one ..OMG. To be able to itemize or move the right click options around without having to use some kind of third party software, but I still have yet to find a right click editor software that allows me to move rename say to the top of the right click menu FAR away from the Delete option lol. However, if anyone here knows how to do any of these things I'm trying to accomplish please let me know.

If you could change the system font color to a different color, what color would you pick and why? I'm just trying to understand the problem you'd like to solve.

I tried that site and a couple of the tools. I guess I was hoping in the windows customization section they would be able to add under the font section, customization of the fonts, like having system wide change of font size, color etc in one place. Obviously you all know in order to change the system wide font you have to create a text file and then rename it to a .reg file and merge it and bam. I want to change the color cause White sucks, I want to change the color to say a light blue or purple because it will match my windows theme I have.

The color in which any of the normal fonts is rendered is not an attribute of the font. That is defined in the theme being used. I don't know how to change that. In many cases the application can override this color. There are color fonts which do define color but getting those colors requires that the application use a suitable text rendering method, which most do not.

As for the context menu. The default order of the standard items may be hard coded in the shell and not easily changeable. There are many things in Windows that are not changeable by the user. I suppose an application could do this globally but I don't know of any.
