    Windows 10 Theme glitch

    I'm running a Windows 10 Desktop and I had a glitch.
    This is what I see:

Restarted multiple times, tried to do sfc /scannow but it didn't help me.
    How can I resolve this?

    P. S. My PC was okay before I activated high-contrast mode accidentally and when I reactivated it I got that.

Go to Settings/Personalization/Themes and activate the 'Windows' default theme, reboot.

    Good to hear!

Yeah, High Contrast mode is based on what is called the 'Aero-Lite' theme, if you don't revert back to the default first, it'll hold on to that Aero-Lite shellstyle.

Now you should be able to customize the norm to your desired colors etc.
