Why are my Taskbar Icons Like this?

I have not changed the icons of these buttons nor did anything else with them. I restarted my computer multiple times but nothing worked. My only hypothesis is that when I changed from dark theme to light theme it glitched somehow?

Yes, changing the Display and Personalizing it will make changes, some good some not so good. Your image is for the Notification Area [System Tray on earlier Windows] on the Taskbar. Right-click a blank area of the Taskbar then click Taskbar settings, can adjust what is shown in the Notification Area section. Right--click a blank area of the Desktop to get Display and Personlize settings.

Some of them are black while some of them are white, it's all out of place.

Go to settings - personalisation - colours. Select 'custom' and default Windows mode to dark. Select default app mode to light. Now all apps in light mode and you can now select 'show the accent colour on the following surfaces: Start, taskbar and action centre.

When I choose dark mode, all the apps become white, like thit's supposed to be but when I turn on light mode, they change to black, just like in the picture.
