The program does allow you, as I recall, to specify new icon sets or presumably to add to the existing one. Not something I've explored personally.

For odd ones you might try CustomiserGod - some have mentioned that- again, not one I've used.

What I do like about simply using that program is that it's easily repeatable with minimal effort.. necessary after upgrades or an in-place upgrade repair install or running SFC /SCANNOW, rather than hacking individual icons.
Hey, quick question. I changed the icon of the libraries/folder icon but yet it still is shown like this Looking for a(n) App(s) that Can Change the Icon of the same File Type-1.png

    Sorry, insufficient info. For example:
Exactly how did you change it? Screenshots, details.

Note: I've only ever used that program as given so can't advise further. I've some passing experience long ago with Resource Hacker.

    I also mentioned Customiser God.

I changed this icon in IconChanger, I tried changing it in CustomizerGod but it was not present there probably because I already "patched" the icon with the program you provided me.

I changed this icon in IconChanger
    - check the updated copy of imageres.dll
    a. contains the new icon (e.g. using Resource Hacker)
    b. is in fact the file in the Windows folder.
