Is it possible to change the win10 taskbar icon?

What it says on the tin, just wondering if it's possible and how.

those are cool, but how would I just change the icon? these seem to make the whole menu like in win7, am I missing something?

So I tried open shell out, but it doesn't let me select the modern win10 menu instead of an old windows 7 menu or something. Any way that you know of to change this?

I can't recall at the moment, but you used to be able to set 'wheel-click'/'middle click' to open the standard Windows 10 Menu.
