Hey there keyboardbroke
Currently I don't believe the specific menu's you mentioned above can be changed, as they are mostly built into Windows Explorer.
But some other flyout's can be altered like the battery flyout using Winaero Tweaker.
The tweaker is being updated every so often to include more tweaks so perhaps in the future there may be an option to change more menu's. You could have a go on the current version though to see what you can change.
If you are also interested in changing your taskbar and startmenu Classic Shell does a pretty good job, and you can even customise the start button to look like Windows 7.
Beginning with Windows 10 21H2 any customization either by Stardock or Open Shell my have problems as MS is redoing the entire GUI.

"...and I don't have a battery.." are you running strictly off of laptop's AC power adapter? If yes, that should not interfere with any of the very good utilities mentioned by others.
Wow....well that sucks. Just when you think you have a good custom 3rd party customizing app....MS does what it does best. Breaks it.
On the other hand, from that link you posted.....some of those new looks....look really good. The sad part would be; if the new spring feature update is just a new GUI interface......Hmm, oh well. Back to the wait and see format....LOL!
