    I want the following:
I have a folder with music files inside. I want in the contextual menu an option like "Open with foobar2000". It seems simple, but how can I to make this possible?

    Thanks in advance.

You said: " Open With not appears in contextual menu "

= Open With does not appear in the context meu.

You are saying there that you do not see the option labelled "Open With" when you right click a file.
That was the question I answered.

Is that what you really meant to say?

Your second post then goes on to ask something very different.

Screenshot please of your existing context menu when you right click a folder or file as appropriate.

    Clarity is all. Thanks.

If you want to add a particular program to 'Open With' but there is no obvious way, try the free program Default Programs Editor (search with eg. Google) - free.

I assume you have foobar2000 installed. Please confirm you have it installed- not the portable version.

I have a folder with music files inside. I want in the contextual menu an option like "Open with foobar2000"
If you're referring to a folder, and want a context option such as 'Add to Windows Media Player list' I would guess that needs to be implemented by the program, and is very different to what 'Open With' does.

Open With applies to files, not folders, one function being setting default associations for file types.

    Again, clarity required. Thanks.

I can confirm that having installed foobar2000, rt clicking a mp3 file -> an Open With option for foobar2000.

If you want to add a folder to a playlist or create a playlist from a folder see aspects particular to foobar e.g.
    Foobar2000 ~ Playlists & Autoplaylists | The Audio File
Can't add music folders to playlist
    https://www.reddit.com/r/foobar2000/...playlist_from/

    Those apply from within foobar.

If there is no other way, consider constructing a context menu entry for a folder such that its contents are added to a playlist making use of foobar's command line options:
