TC just for a little more info....this method also works over two computers networked together. Windows version 20H2

I just moved the needed files over to a TEST dir on my 2nd pc, and ran the command like you posted and then had to reboot the networked pc. After it rebooted my setting page is clean and back to what I consider normal again. Did this from my main PC to my 2nd PC thru my network.

Just thought I'd tell you it works over a network also.
    Thanks, Mike.

Worked for me as advertised with no ill effects that I can see.
It's been a little more than 24hrs and the header is still gone.

I am currently running on Windows 10 Pro 20H2 19042.608

Good find and thx for the tip.

You're welcome, Tim. Question..... are you running Release Preview or Beta (Slow)?

Thanks. I had a problem getting it to work on RP, but that was in a VM I had hacked up pretty good. Have to try again.

The first time I tried to install it I jumped onto RP channel and tried to let Windows Update install it.
That attempt went kind of sideways and it got stuck in a checking for Windows Updates loop.

I imaged it back to Public Release and installed the enablement package and the CU cab myself.
Then I switched it into the RP channel and that approach seems to have worked much better.

Is there some practical reason to remove these from settings header area that I missed?

Correct answer is some people don't want those on there setting's page ....so this removes them nicely....

If you like yours ....then leave it on. I don't like them myself ..and a few others don't either.
