how to add a windows app to the navigation pane in File Explorer ?

Hello, for the last couple of years I’ve been able to plug in a document photo scanner ( Ipevo Ziggi HD Plus ) into my usb port and the windows 10 camera app would come up in the navigation pane in file explorer.
For some reason now when I plug in the document photo scanner the camera app does not appear in the navigation pane. I had up dated my windows 10 OS and divers as well so I’m not sure what triggered the change.
If I click on the camera app icon from the windows icon I can switch between the web cam on my laptop and the document photo scanner no problems at all. Everything works fine.
My issue is that when I am using accounting software I have always been able to click on upload files from the accounting software menu. File Explorer would pop up and then I could click on the camera link from the navigation pane then take a photo of a document and up load it directly into the accounting program.
My question, is there away I can have the windows camera permanently added to the navigation pane in File Explorer? If so, how do I do this ?
Attached is a screen shot of were the camera use to appear in file explorer.

Hi, you can add custom folders and shell URI's to the Nav. Pane. I have no idea how you might add shortcuts to a particular program. It's simply not intended for that.

There are plenty of ways to get quick access to a particular program including allocating a hot key.

you can use Winaero for adding custom folder and shell location

so you can see camera apps in navigation pane in 2 ways

    make a folder named Camera,
make a shortcut for Camera app and put this shortcut to camera folder
use winaero's add custom folder option
you will see camera folder in navigation pane, camera shortcut will in the directory

or you can use winaero's add shell location option
it will add application shell location to your navigation pane
but you will see all of your uwp application on navigation pane
