May be this will help. Unzip and double click to merge into registry.

Nope. That removes the icon, but the folders still show up in my libraries.
Sorry wasnt trying to be snarky. I guess I was trying to say to stop being lazy and google it, but with a comedic twist. oh well.
Anyway here are the links:
This PC 'Folders' - Add or Remove in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
or to change the icons.
This PC folder Icons changes. - Windows 10 Forums
On that note... I noticed that when I inserted a SD card into my laptop, I saw two separate icons. One under "Computer" and then one below "Computer" in its own pane like OneDrive. Any idea why? That's a bit obnoxious, I only need it in there once.
That's hijacking this thread a bit though, and nowhere near as big of an annoyance to me as the OneDrive auto-adding itself to my libraries.
the library folders are handled separately from the folder in This PC. If a folder keep showing up in Libraries, means its still being used for the libraries. That would mean files inside the folders or that the folder has been included in a specific Library folder, it could be shared, even publicly, it might be tagged for All Users too, I dont know all the reasons it could be restored.
I seem to recall there was an annoying service that windows had that would replace and restore all files in certain folders, I forget what it was, I think that was Vista tho.
I came across something that said something about that if OneDrive is set for all users then you cant delete that folder. idk for sure. Like I said before, empty the contents, check settings, check reg settings, delete, and recheck settings, reboot.
Its crap like this that M$ pulls that makes me hate its programs like OneDrive, you cant uninstall it normally, hence the label as malware, now its being used as spyware too. Dropbox doesnt fair much better but atleast you can uninstall it.
Already did that, it didn't fix the issue.
The folder will still be there but it will not synchronize the user folders, in otherwords it will not do anything.
I tried looking some more into task scheduler...
schtasks /query /v /fo CSV > tasks.csv
Nothing about OneDrive in there at all.
Edit: and I can confirm that the most recent batch file also does nothing. It hides it but the folders still add themselves back to my libraries.
Lazy? Yeah, you got me there. In spades.
Nevertheless, I only post here after my binging (never googling) brings no answers.
I do thank you for that link. My issue, artlessly phrased and pointless though it may be, is permanently removing default libraries such as camera roll, pictures, saved pictures, videos, and documents. I find it bizarre that camera roll and pictures will simply reappear, during the same session and without shut down, restart, log off or anything. Delete them and they pop right back up a short time later.
Why can't I be left to my own devices and create / use the libraries that I want, not the ones that MS insists on repeatedly shoving down my throat. It's the action of taking away my free choice and then forcing me to use libraries I don't want that's the problem. I use my computer all day at work and I don't want to visually parse through useless (and now hated) camera roll, pictures, saved pictures, videos, and documents libraries.
I want to stick it to 'The Man' and use my own libraries, in complete defiance of camera roll, pictures, saved pictures, videos, and documents.
Hero worship will be heaped upon the person who shows me how to do this!!
