Remove infernal shortcut arrow icons (corrupts to black square)

Would you be so kind as to walk a simple user like me through how to add the pixel without losing transparency or the ico format? Would MOST appreciate it. HATE those shortcut icons that mess up my custom ones." It was in response to "notme" user idea.

Just add ".0" at the end line of value data you enter in 29 (string value) and it will work like a magic. :)
