why does windows 10 have a screensaver option when screensavers are a dead thing. are there reputable sites on the net that have good screensavers to use like old days all i see is screensaver that motions back and forth. back in the day they were a thing and i still like to have them running in the background when AFK.
Obviously, they're not a "dead thing" to everyone.

Take a look in the Microsoft Store, or make your own.
I use a file of photos I've taken. Went to Settings, Personalization, Lock Screen, then scrolled down to Screen Saver Settings. It works great and brings back memories of places I've been.
It is a nice thing to have if you work in a business with a lot of systems that need to stay on 24/7. The screen saver is a way to know that the computer isn't frozen just by looking at the monitor while still having a graphic that will help the monitor not get any stuck pixels. I've seen monitors with images burned into the screen because the user never turned off his display and left it on the same window for extended periods of time.
Ty guys however I was really searching for good websites that I haven't already been too I'm looking for screensavers that great quality and either movies or video games. I wouldn't know the first thing in creating one myself I would even be willing to pay a subscription for it like that site wincustomize.com.
thanks but i do not want to make a photo screensaver. looking for like 3d rendering type ones with music.
