Windows Spotlight is missing from Lock screen

I noticed Windows Lockscreen is missing from "Background" dropdown list in Settings>Personalization>Lock screen, is there any way to re-enable it? The Assets folder from AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.ContentDeliveryManager_cw5n1h2txyewy\LocalState doesn't exist either, as expected.

I've already applied Brink's batch available at Reset and Re-register Windows Spotlight in Windows 10, but it didn't fix the issue. Also checked gpedit and all entries related to Windows Spotlight are set to "not configured", which I believe is the default value. Hope it's not one of those issues that only a reinstall is able to fix

My machine is running Windows 10 Pro version 2004 (19041.329)

edit: apparently Windows Spotlight is not available in "N" editions of Windows 10, guess there's nothing I can do then.

I don't see it on version 20152.1000 either. No idea if/when it was ever there as I've never checked for it.

I do see Windows Spotlight though. Is that perhaps what you meant? That's there for both versions for me.
