Screen saver Has quit working, Please help

On my computer which is HP (Windows 10) Version 2004 (OS19041.329) has all of a sudden quit showing my Pictures in my screen saver?I have always for years put beautiful pictures in my Picture folder and used that as my screen saver instead of the bubbles, ribbons, ..etc.. But they show up in the Preview just fine (where you can change to the other screen savers??Now in the last week it will not show my screen saver of pictures. It just doesn't provide me with nothing? But if I click on Bubbles, ribbons (the standard screen saver they work just find?For days I have tried everything. Any ideas??

I was able to solve the problem So this case is now closed.

Exactly this.
Preview works for me but my screensaver never activates (set to 10 minutes)

Also my monitor doesn't turn itself off anymore either, even though it's set to do so in power management settings

I found this in the Microsoft Forum, it thread was created for the old windows, but the steps may still work for the newer Windows 2004.
