    Black Bar across desktop background

Yesterday my wallpaper suddenly was half black on the bottom. It's worked for years but now it doesn't. I recently changed my second monitor, but this happened on my primary. I've restarted many times with no change, except that today the wallpaper is 3/4 black, only being able to see the top quarter. Any ideas? This is super weird.

Can you please perform the following [ this checks for ANY Problem Device Errors ] . . .

[1] Goto this TenForums link => Batch Scripts / Programs.
[2] Goto the heading Find ANY Problem Devices . . .
[3] Download and Run the .bat file.

If there are ANY Problem Device Errors it will create a Prob_Devices.txt file on the Desktop!

[4] Upload the results => How to Upload and Post Screenshots and Files at Ten Forums.

    I hope this helps!

I ran the .bat file successfully, it said no problem devices were found.

Make sure Choose a fit is set to fill in your background settings.

Yep, and the black bar is just across the bottom so it's not an issue with choosing the wrong fit option
