Hi, I can't see that being meaningful or achievable.

You could in some cases launch a 3rd party program and have it perform some function, particularly if it has command line parameters with a shortcut and associated hot key, for example.

What you seek is context dependent- that is the 3rd party program takes particular action based on what is selected. Depending on the program, that might be a range of possible actions, not just one.

You would want something like this to happen:
When the hot key is pressed, the currently selected file is passed to the program as a parameter, and the appropriate action taken by that program.

There is no way I know of to associate a hot key with a context menu entry, so it would have to be separately defined e.g. in a script, say using Autohotkey.

What you could achieve would be dependent on each individual program.

Assuming you had such a hot key defined, you would have to
    a. select the file or folder
    b. press the appropriate hotkey combo

Which leaves me wondering how you would be sure you'd selected the appropriate action.

I dont see this as a useful concept personally.
