I get a bad return code on "Stop CryptSvc" task

    I had another (timing?) issue with my task Shawn and been reading about Net and SC commands, would Sc maybe a better option for my script as "net" is synchronous and "sc" is asynchronous and I suspect timing is crucial for a successful task at shutdown. I probably would have to change System to Local with my logon credentials and move the bat file to My Documents?

    it can't hurt to try using "sc" to see how it works for you.

    I ran it
    I get a bad return code on "Stop CryptSvc" task-stop-cryptsvc.png
    It returns a 0x0 code now before that was 0x41306 if the job ran OK. The big difference is that Sc does not wait till the service stops it returns immediately back to the command and CryptSvc stops/starts a bit slow. I left the task in C:\ as System. I'll let you know if the new task fails.
