Missing "Like What You See?" in Lock Screen

Problem: No "Like What You See?" question in Windows 10's Lock Screen with Windows Spotlight enabled in Personalization → Lock Screen.

Is this a feature, or a bug? The question used to be there.
I'm asking because it's present in Edge Chromium, but not in the Lock Screen. It has been missing for months.
If it's a bug, I want to fix it.

    - my experience is it isn't there after a cold boot if I remember correctly, nor when switching users or locking the screen (Win key + L).

When are you not seeing it?

Check this setting- and as you have Pro, read on about Group Policy:

As noted it's not going to be there after a cold boot or restart, but it will usually appear after a signoff /sign on session or after waking the PC.

I had this happening a couple of weeks ago and "Reset and re-register windows spotlight" fixed it.

My experience is that once in a while 'Like what you see?' and the other links on the Spotlight lock screen are missing. They appear to be provided as data downloaded by Spotlight specific to each picture. Very rarely, a lock screen will have no links, but as soon as the picture changes to the next day's one links will reappear. I assumed the data for that particular picture was missing or corrupt.

If Spotlight is stuck and not updating pictures, then the tutorial should fix it.

I'm not sure how the app works, but I do wonder if the "like what you see" isn't "image" dependent... i.e. some images won't provide that feature. Would be nice if there was a Microsoft article that provided a clear picture on this.

My pc allways shows the info/like what you see as well as a comment. Cold boot, lock, wake up...allways
The weird thing is that last time the comments/like what you see stopped working, spotlight kept changing the image every day for a week or so and then just stopped changing the image alltogether. This has happened a couple of times for me now.
I am not sure what causes it, but i suspect it may have something to do with using a cleaner tool to clean cookies and registry.
Luckily the re-setting is a fairly quick way to fix it.
