Unfortunately, it is just different enough to possibly not be able to serve a DMCA notice.

It's pretty sad when they have to steal others' work and claim it as their own. These custom context menus were created by me, so there's no reason for their's to be identical unless it was stolen.

The best thing to do is spread the word about what they do and just no longer go to those sites like MajorGeeks anymore. If they are willing to do this, who knows what else they may be willing to do. You just can't trust them anymore after this.

Maybe you should contact MJ, I trust them more than most others, maybe they didn't notice.

John did contact them before, and they said they would just write their own instead then just editing the file a little. Basically, just steal, edit it a bit to make it different enough, and claim as their own.

I wouldn't have minded if they had just linked the source tutorial here and gave proper credit, but it's clear what they did at least on this one.

I think from the Author shown below at MJ, it would be hard for MJ to not notice.

Anyways, I don't want to take this thread off topic anymore.

    I TOTALLY agree!

If they were decent people they would have contacted you and asked you for your authority to publish them with the proviso that you were credited as being the creator and author!

I did have a look at quite a few of their programs [REG files etc], and because of the format and the way that you word and set out YOUR programs it is obvious, well, in my opinion anyway.

I just felt obliged to bring this to your attention and make you aware!
