Have you attempted to add the Switch user option via setting it as the default setting using Sergey's tweak?

I do have to ask though, is the Switch user disabled in power settings or anywhere else that you know of?

Yes I have, it didn't work!
The re-image is pure, without any REG Tweaks etc!
Are you talking of anywhere specific?

Just asking about any potential tweaks that could be influencing the results here, it sounds unlikely if there are no tweaks.

I will have to continue this exploration later, I have a training course this afternoon to prep for. Keep us posted on any new developments.

Well I bit the bullet and asked @Brink [the Master] if this was achievable.

Unfortunately it is NOT possible to just have the Switch User option available solely on the ALT-F4 Menu because it is a Global Setting.

    So what I did was, run . . .

Enable or Disable Fast User Switching in Windows 10

. . . which added Switch User to the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen, which I DIDN'T want, but, it also added it to the ALT+F4 screen which is what I DID want. Fortunately, it DOESN'T appear in the Start Menu which is good.

So basically, I have got to live with it being on the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen?

One bit of added information, after adding the above the Administrator appeared back on the Start Menu!

I also asked @Brink if it was possible to DISABLE or DELETE the CTRL+ALT+DEL screen but he isn't aware of anyway that can be done!

So with that in mind, I am going to mark this thread as SOLVED.
Thank you to EVERYONE who has contributed their time and effort, it is appreciated.
