I found Switch User. From SevenForums tut:

Ctrl+Alt+Del and Start Menu - Add or Remove Switch User - Windows 7 Help Forums

Win 10 group policy entry. I have NOT tried it cause I have some things running and can't do a log off/on right now.
    Thanks for the reply @f14tomcat,

The options in that Tutorial do indeed work, but my problem is not to do with the Ctrl+Alt+Del Menu, and anyway, my Ctrl+Alt+Del Menu only has Cancel showing because I haven't found a way yet to disable the Ctrl+Alt+Del. I suppose I could setup the Power Menu Options there and use that, but I would ideally prefer using the ALT+F4 Menu to be absolutely honest!

    Thanks in advance.

My oops. Sorry. Now that I have cleaned my glasses , look at this:

This my ALT+F4. Hibernate is not showing, likely because I have it turned off with powercfg -h off. So, with the exception of that entry, mine matches what you are looking for.

Where can I look on my system to find these entries for you?

Thanks for getting back to me @f14tomcat, that is exactly what I am after!

I changed my Hibernation to Reduced so I could still use Fast Startup but with the reduced Hyberfile.

I have just been through the whole Registry but I couldn't find anything relative to my problem!

I am using a Customised ISO installation that I prepared. I have gone through the customisations that I made and I have not changed anything that would cause this as far as I can see. I have also gone through the REG tweaks that are mainly from here at TenForums and there are not any that would cause this problem either that I can see. Very strange!

Searching high and low, one common reg key pops up. What do you show as the sub entries for this?

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

    Mine is

Not sure what the nodrivetypeautorun is, but doubt it is relevant. I got this key reference from:

Article is about ALT-F4 not working at all, but thay key keeps popping up. about half way down.......

Ditto. I've seen reg fix option 2 (from Appuals.com link above) in a couple of places so far. I also have same contents in registry as TC indicated above.

NoWinKeys addition might be worth a try. Still digging...

I just checked out the link. The Registry change is if the ALT+F4 is not working at all.

Yeah, but as a test, can't hurt to add that key with a value of 0, and see if uncorks something. Can always delete it.

As you posted before, all these options seem to stem from what is defined for the Power Button to do, with in turn are entries in whatever power plan you have.

Mine is balanced with normal PP entries.

If you haven't already, just for kicks, set it to Balanced, log off/on. See if it rattles anything.

(I have a SLEEP button on my KB, might be why I have that option showing)
