I need some help with my folder icons please

I am using a windows laptop windows 10 pro and the version is 1903.

Here is the problem I have changed the icons on my old laptop but forgot how.

Now I want to change them on here but am having a bit of trouble.

Here is what I'm trying to do.

(1) I want to use folders for everything and these folders are not the full size ico files I was told to use on the windows 7 forum. These I think are 125 or 120 something.

I like the way they look as long as I don't make them large or extra large I could not figure out how to make the actual ico file bigger without messing them up.

(2) I have already changed the main folder icon which is a glowing aqua color but I want to keep it the same for open and closed folder but just a different color.



(3) I was wondering how do I change the other folder icons like the zipped folder icon.

(4) I was also wondering how do I change the other folder icons in the left hand side. The open folder is the same as the main folder and never changed for me. Maybe the settings is different then in windows 7 forum.



I know this might sound stupid to ask all these questions but I am trying to make my laptop a bit more customized. And really like the glowing folders.

Plus is there a online site or a program I can use and edit the size of the ico without messing it up.

And if anything I asked is already on the site can someone please point me in the right direction. Thank You!

Okay here is what is going on I have decided to reset my laptop to windows factory settings. Do to the fact that when I purchased my laptop I purchased it used and the account users name is "Pawn" like for pawn shop from which I purchased it. And it is annoying as hell. So it says pawn but i am signed in to my account. So I would need to save everything I wish to keep make a second account and make it a administrator as well and then delete the pawn account and hopefully not lose something important. So I will just be resetting to factory settings today and making "Dawn" the main user and then updating the computer with all the updates needed. And also only be installing programs I know I use often so that way I'm not taking up space with stuff I don't need or use. Then I will try to redo all my icons. Hopefully this will work out well. So in about 2 hours once I finish moving my stuff to flash drives and then updating the laptop I will reply back with a update of what happened.
